Service Level Agreements (SLA)
We commit to maintaining a 99.99% uptime ratio across managed enterprise cloud clusters, backed by 24/7 continuous performance monitoring and immediate response protocols.
Client Responsibilities
Clients must maintain secure access credentials and cooperate during scheduled zero-downtime migrations or server environment hardening procedures.
Limitation of Liability
ClearDesignVision shall not be held liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from third-party cloud provider outages beyond our biological failover mesh control.
04 REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY
Our refund and cancellation protocols are designed to ensure fair compensation for advanced engineering hours while protecting client investments in mission-critical IT infrastructure.
Monthly Managed Services
Monthly cloud management and monitoring subscriptions may be canceled with a 30-day written notice sent to [email protected]. Pro-rated refunds are issued for unused service days following the effective cancellation date.
One-Time Implementation Projects
For custom zero-downtime migrations or server hardening projects, initial retainer deposits are non-refundable once engineering node allocation has commenced. Milestone-based refunds apply if project deliverables fail to meet agreed-upon SLA specifications.
